I Was 247lbs And Would Not Leave The House If Girls Were Outside
I was a decent athlete as a kid. Academy football, county tennis. Then I started overeating, hit 247lbs, and got bullied hard for it. My confidence was gone. I had crippling nerves talking to anyone, and if I saw a group of girls outside I would just stay in.
Covid was my turning point. I was sick of being scared and sick of being bullied, so I ran 10km every single day and threw in random circuits. I dropped 55lbs in the first three months. It felt amazing, but here is the problem. I gained zero muscle. I was lighter but still soft, because I had no idea what I was doing.
It took me two more years of trial and error to finally crack it. Once I understood how to actually train and eat for muscle, everything changed. I built the physique I always wanted and got to 148lbs lean.
The whole thing took five years. With the right information it could have taken two. This blueprint is the information I wish someone had handed me on day one.
“When people saw me as fat, they did not respect me. The day I started respecting my own body, it bled into every part of my life.
